It may be that you can email us some images of the property and we can work from them, or we may need to visit site to see for ourselves.
Once we have images or have visited site, we will provide you with a House Clearance quote, normally within 24 hours. We have an online system that means you can view your quote online, message us any questions or accept the quote, all online. Of course, you can also do this via the phone and standard email as well.
After the quotation has been accepted, we will arrange a time to clear the property. If we have visited site, as long as nothing extra has been added to the property, our price is fixed, and won't change.
We will clear the property in a professional and reliable manner. Once complete, we will check that you are happy with the work carried out, before leaving site.
Once we have left site, we sort through all that has been removed, sorting into piles for rubbish / recycling, charity donations and able to sell on. This enables us to ensure that very little of what we remove ends up in landfill.
